c) Qutub Minar

Another UNESCO World Heritage Site is the Qutub Minar that is the part of Qutub Complex. Qutub-ud-din-Aibak built this 73-meter tall brick minaret.

All the five stories of the tower are abundant with scriptures and carvings. The Qutub Complex also houses the Iron Pillar and the Alai Darwaza.

The place remains open for all the tourists at a minimal entry fee of INR 10 for Indians and INR 250 for foreign visitors.

Whereas, the children below the age of 15 years can explore it for free.

However, the place remains closed on Mondays.

2) Agra

Home to the famous symbol of Love, Agra is the second link to this Golden Indian Triangle.

The place is at 240 km from Delhi; it will take you around 4 hours to reach here. Also, it has a well-connected air, road, and rail transport to the rest of the country and even for tourists from the USA.

While you are in Agra, you will be amazed by the local, hand-made stuff flooding the market place.

a) Taj Mahal

a) Amber Fort and Palace

c) Hawa Mahal

As the name suggests, Hawa Mahal can also be called the Palace of Breeze. It is like a honeycomb and has five stories.

The palace depicts the scientific vision of Maharaja Sawai Pratap Singh.

One can enjoy the cool breeze flowing in the palace irrespective of the season. The designing of the palace is done in a way that one can have a clear view of the outside of the castle.

Whereas, you cannot view whatever is going inside when you are out of it.

The visiting hours of the place are from 9 AM to 4:30 PM. You will also have to pay an entry fee of INR 50 when you visit here on Monday. Also, the palace remains closed on Friday.
