Canada Visa application: Documents Required

• Original Passport is required

• It is required for the applicant to comply a properly signed and filled Canada visa application form.

• Recent two passport size photos with semi matt and matt finish where the following is required,

Photo requirement:

• At the back of the photo the applicant is required to give his/her name and date of birth. The photograph which is being used should be recent, by recent it is mean not more than 3 months old. It should be scanned and should not be put to use before in any previous visa.

• An original covering letter from the applicant on company letter head with his/her name, passport number, designation, duration and purpose of visit. The letter which is to be submitted must be properly signed through accredited signatory with company stamp and should be addressed to the 'The Visa Officer, Canadian High Commission, New Delhi'

Please Follow: If the applicant is self employed the covering letter should be on the letter head of the company and if the applicant is employee of a company a plain paper would do.

Bank Statement showing past 6 months transaction, in addition to a copy of the Credit Card / Cheque of the Travelers/ Fixed Deposit/ Exchange endorsement/ Paper of Property / Occupational Activity

Employment's proof like Appointment letter or Salary Slip/NOC from the employee.

Please Follow: The letter should include, the applicants name, designation, current salary, the employer's name and the date of take up of job, address and contact number.
